Meet Kristy

I’m married to my incredible husband Luke, and we’ve got three wild and wonderful kids - ages 8, 3, and 2.

I’ve always known that sleep matters. But really knowing it? That hit me when I had my first baby. We sleep trained her at 6 months and everything shifted - our energy, our confidence, our whole household vibe.

 

When baby number two came along, I was lucky enough to work with a sleep consultant. She didn’t just give me tips - she noticed the little things I missed and made me feel seen, supported, and capable. At 5 months, we sleep trained him too, and just like that, the fog lifted again.

Then came baby number three - our curveball. He refused to sleep, no matter what I tried. So, I called on my sleep consultant once more. She held me through the exhaustion, gave me the tools, the confidence, and eventually, the gift of rest. It was a total game changer.

 

And in the thick of that experience, I thought: I want to do this. I want to be that person for other families.

Becoming a sleep consultant is one of the most fulfilling things I’ve ever done. I get to walk alongside tired, amazing parents, cheer them on, and give them real, practical tools to change their nights - and their days.

 

There’s nothing better than watching confidence return to a household that’s finally getting some sleep.
